1. Acceptance of Terms

By using HouseAi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

HouseAi is an AI-powered home design app that generates interior, exterior, garden, floor, and wall design renderings based on your photos. It also provides AI editing features including decluttering, furniture rearrangement, and object replacement.

3. Credits & Subscriptions

• Each AI generation consumes 1 credit.
• New users receive 1 free credit upon registration.
• Additional credits can be purchased through auto-renewing weekly subscriptions.
• Subscription payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Unused credits do not roll over and expire when the subscription period ends.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of uploaded photos. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them solely for generating design results.

5. AI-Generated Content

Results are AI-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. No guarantees are made about quality or suitability. Results are for inspiration and reference only.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload illegal or harmful content, or use the App to generate inappropriate, offensive, or infringing content.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its branding, and underlying technology are owned by us.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
